Sausage one-pot

By Matt on August 25, 2009

Slowly cooked onions give the rich sauce a lovely sweet flavour. Use whatever sausages you like the most. This is great comfort food, and with only one pot to wash up, you have more time to relax on the sofa!

Chilli con carne

Chilli con carne

By Matt on August 5, 2009

Spicy chilli with a nice deep flavour. Enjoy with or wraps and guacamole. Even better, have it in a jacket potato the day after.

Herby meatballs

By Matt on June 30, 2009

This is a recipe I don’t make as often as I should. After cooking it last night, it’s gone once again to the top of my “what to make with beef mince” list, above spaghetti bolognese, cottage pie and burgers

By Matt on June 18, 2009

Oven baked trout is quick to make, and also good for you. Trout is really tasty, so you don’t need to mess around with it too much, so this recipe is kept simple.
