My local greengrocer was selling some very ripe avocados so it seemed like the perfect opportunity to make my delicious guacamole. It takes about 2 minutes to make and is perfect to have as a little snack or as an appetiser. You'll just need to cut up some peppers, carrots or cucumber to dip in it! The yoghurt I'm using in this recipe is from the Total Fage (pronounced fa-yeh) range. It's very creamy so is perfect to mix with my super-ripe avocado!
