Broadbean and mint dip

Broadbean and mint dip

By Carla on June 1, 2010

Come summer I become a sucker for all things “dip”. To be fair, I’m a sucker for all things “dip” pretty much all year round and I have been ever since I discovered a food processor in the recesses of a cupboard in one of the many flats I have rented over the years.

Lamb kebabs with minted yoghurt dip

Lamb kebabs with minted yoghurt dip

By Matt on January 26, 2010

Here’s a great recipe which is a feast for the eyes as well as your belly. The lamb is marinaded in rosemary and garlic and left overnight to soak up the flavour – this is a must.

The vegetables all sweeten up nicely when you cook them on the grill, or I suppose you could even cook this on the barbie when it’s nice and sunny!

A recipe with a rich tomoto sauce and small, juicy, lamb meatballs with rosemary and mint for flavour. Best enjoyed with spaghetti or tagliatelle – leftovers will freeze and taste great in a few weeks time.
