This rocky road recipe combines my favourite fridge cake recipe with the best of what you can buy in a sweetshop to make the perfect rocky road for eating with a cup of tea in the afternoon.
Oh, and it’s also a great no-cook recipe to make with the kids (let them lick the bowl after).
