These little chicken kebabs are served all over Andalucia. All you need is Pinchitos spice mix. Available in markets all over Spain, but for those of you not lucky enough to live here, it is available online too.

An easy to make at home recipe for Lamb Rogan Josh – A delicious rich and not too spicy curry. You could add more chilli powder to suit your taste.

Light, full of flavour, tender and succulent. So much better than my best memories of that succulent meat ball in rich gravy that we used to buy ready prepared in a foil container.
