Win the new Fishy Fishy cookbook!

UPDATE: Congratulations to Catherine, Jenny, Tori, Simon and Stewart! You are our 5 x winners! We’ll be in touch soon to collect postal address details!
We love fish in the foodforfriends household, so when we heard about this new recipe book from the folks who run the Fishy Fishy restaurant in Brighton, we were excited! It features the best recipes from the restaurant, and like many recipe books, is keen to share the benefits of eating seasonally and supporting your local foody area.
The good news is we’ve managed to catch 5 copies to give away to you lucky readers! In return we’d like to do some fishing of our own, so to enter we ask that you share your favourite seafood dish in the comments, and to allow us to cast our net as wide as possible, please “like” or “tweet” this post as well!
The competition closes at midnight 31st of August and the winners will be chosen at random and contacted via email.
To get you in the mood, we’ve hooked a few of the recipes from the book, which you can find below:
Quick Crab, Chilli and Basil Linguini

There are too many good seafood dishes!! I love trying different fish locally caught overseas and the fantastic seafood hotpots in Vietnam. Fresh squid is amazing, salmon/trout wrapped in parma ham is very tasty and mackaral in any form!
I love King George Whiting, simply pan fried with lemon and flour, with sweet potato, peas and a dash of home-made mayo. Can’t beat it. PS Love the new look of the website!
Other than lobster, which is amazing especially when caught and cooked fresh, I really like scallops with black pudding. Oh and lemon sole. And moules frites!
Any fresh fish is lovely. Simply cooked, without too much messing around.
Agree with Simon, keep it simple.
Pan fried Red Snapper with mashed swede and steamed broccoli.
Thanks heaps – love fish! Can’t wait for the book. Speaking of … I’m finally trying Carla’s salmon and ginger/soy/orange recipe tonight after aaages thinking about it – will report back! Jen
And so you should! I’m having trouble sourcing packaging for the books, but will dispatch soon!
Thanks so much for the book, it’s great. I haven’t made anything from it yet, but I’m making a list!
