Byron Bay Cookies

Lemon & Macadamia cookie

My favourite was definitely the White Choc & Macadamia Nut (the nut which Byron Bay is famous for), but we weren’t so sure about the Strawberries & Clotted Cream ones which were soft and moist. I hear these are popular though, so maybe it’s just us?

With other flavours like Triple Chocolate Fudge, Sticky Date Ginger & Walnut and Lemon & Macadamia Nut Shortbread, I’m sure you’ll be able to find your own favourite too! Many of the range are also Gluten free, and all are made using locally sourced ingredients (even the nuts?!) and free range eggs, which is nice to hear.

Choc Chip Cookie

Now, if you like the sound of these cookies, and would like to try them yourself, you’re in luck! We’re giving away a mixed hamper of cookies to 2 lucky winners.

These look sooo yummy i like the heart shaped ones they are super cool now myself i would love them to have made a apple one i have had a apple and honey cookie before and they were so scrummmy …….but the strawberry and clotted cream sound nice but i think i shall like the Macadamia nut one the best i love those nuts and a cookie is not a cookie without a load of nuts Macadamia nuts …. but then i do like the sound of the fudge ones too oh okay i want to try then all they sound super amazing ill start my diet after i get my hands on some of these amazing biccys ….. anywhere know where you can buy them if i am not lucky enough to win some …

Fantastic stuff!
My friend who is a coeliac always feel left out when we buy cookies from Miss Millies (which are yummy!) but I’ve had a look on the Beyond The Bean website and I am very impressed.
Not only do they do they source local ingredients, they use free-range eggs too. This is on top of the fact they do a low-fat and gluten-free variety!
We’ll be sure to pop into Selfridge’s to grab some of these the next time we’re on a cookie hunt after a day out of shopping in London! I’ve got my eyes on the Sticky Date, Ginger and Walnut! Sounds gorgeous!
