Peach & Amaretto Sundae

Peaches

A quick and easy recipe for a delicious indulgent dessert. Perfect for hot summer days and easy to make kids and adult versions!

Serves 1

For the Sundae

  • Peaches (tinned or fresh)
  • Vanilla Ice-cream
  • Crushed amaretti biscuits
  • Whipped cream

Topping

  • Strawberry sauce (kids)
  • Amaretto (grown-ups)

Put the peaches and ice-cream in a bowl, cover with whipped cream and the amaretti biscuits. Top with strawberry sauce or – for the adults – a geneous measure of amaretto liqueur!
