    Simpler Baked Red Cabbage Recipe

    Take approx 1kg red cabbage, chop it up, not too fine, stick it in a baking tray, add two dollops of marmalade and a little water. Give it a stir. Stick in the oven at 180 C for half an hour to 45 mins depending how crispy you like it. Job done.

    I think Tip 2 is great! Will be using that in the future. I recently has red cabbage at a relatives house, and when they cook it, they stir a couple of cubes of raspberry jelly into it. Surprisingly it tastes great!
