Win a £50 Blurb voucher!

Hi, it’s Kay from Not Delia again.  I’m always pleased to do a guest posting on FFFY.  This time I’d like to tell you about a competition which one of my friends is running.  The prize is to win a £50 voucher (and there are five of them up for grabs) on Blurb towards the cost of making your own coffee table book.  And, as far as I can figure out, you can also sell your book on Blurb after,  if you feel so inclined.

I’ve always been impressed by the superbly high standard of food photography on FFFY so, despite wanting to win a prize myself, I thought I really ought to share the info.  So here you go.

“But it’s a travel site, what’s that got to do with food?” I hear you asking. Well, yes, but if you look at the rules there’s nothing to say what you have to put in your book if you win the prize. Put in some of your fabulous foodie photos, pictures of your cat, or your wedding photos – anything you like. All you have to do to be in with a chance of winning is to give a reason WHY you deserve to win the prize. Matt, for example, could post to say he deserves to win because he’s making a name for himself as being a leading food photographer, and he needs to make a coffee table book to make his life totally perfect. Oh, you’ll get the idea if you go and look at the competition and the other entries.

I’ve entered too saying that my travel photos deserve to be made into a book.  Have a go, and good luck everyone!
