I tried this out last night and it was very good indeed. I used lamb instead of chicken and creamed coconut instead of dessicated. Thanks for the lovely recipe.

This looks delicious, I never have much luck with my own curry creations, they never taste quite as good as when I use a jar of Patak's! I will give your recipe a go and see if I have success with it. I hope it will taste as good as yours looks.
