Oriental salmon

When I want to come across as a little bit fancy, and still feel healthy, I make my salmon… Mmmmm
Serves 2
- 2 salmon fillets or steaks
- juice of one orange
- ground or grated ginger to taste
- 2 garlic cloves crushed
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
Place the salmon in a baking dish lined with tin foil or greaseproof paper, rub the garlic and ginger on it and pour the orange juice and soy sauce over it.
Now, this is the tricky part, make a parcel with the foil or paper and place the salmon in the oven (gas mark 6 – 180C) for 20 minutes.
Once cooked get it out serve with simply boiled brown rice and steamed broccoli, and eat to your heart’s content.
