I’ve already shared my recipe for making pizza dough, as well as how to quickly make a simple tomato sauce. Now, in my opinion, the most fun and sociable part of making pizzas is putting the toppings on! Here’s a few of my favourite toppings, but I’d like you lot to share your best ones in the comments. I’ll then add them to this list.
Chorizo and courgette
- chorizo, sliced into thin rounds
- courgette, sliced as thinly as you can
- mozzarella, thinly sliced
- pepper, sliced
- onion, sliced
- a little grated cheddar
Tuna, sweetcorn and onion
- tin of tuna, mixed up
- sweetcorn
- mozzarella, thinly sliced
- red onion, sliced
- a little grated cheddar
